We got into electro as a way of listening to Black artists more and edgy white guys less. All that happened is we started listening to Black artists who worked near edgy white guys, and being reminded of edgy white guys who turned around as soon they could to cash in the clout they got from working near Black artists.
The Clash are not any of those guys, probably.
